As of the end of 2024, the group's total assets are 223.1 billion yuan and net assets are 59.7 billion yuan.

Remote Holdings was established in February 2001. On August 8, 2012, the company was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The controlling shareholder of the company is Jiangsu Asset Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Guolian Group, and the actual controller is Wuxi State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
