On July 11th, Remote Holdings held a semi annual operational analysis
meeting for 2025, comprehensively summarizing the achievements of the
first half of the year, deeply analyzing the existing problems, and
arranging and deploying key work for the second half of the year. Zhao
Jun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Manager, and
Chairman of Jiangsu Asset Management, attended the meeting and delivered
a speech. Members of the company's leadership team, heads of
subsidiaries, middle-level managers, business unit directors, and
factory directors also attended the meeting.

At
the meeting, various departments and subsidiaries reported on the
completion of work tasks in the first half of the year, analyzed
existing problems, and received comments from their respective leaders
and general managers to further strengthen the implementation of
responsibilities.
After listening to the report, the chairman
fully affirmed the achievements made in the first half of the year and
pointed out that in the face of a complex and ever-changing market
environment, the company should unify its thinking, strengthen its
confidence, and strive for the second half of the year with a stronger
sense of responsibility and urgency, ensuring the successful completion
of the annual target tasks. Regarding the work for the second half of
the year, the chairman has issued the following instructions:
1、 Strengthen strategic execution to ensure goal achievement

Develop high-quality "15th Five Year Plan", accelerate digital
transformation, and build a collaborative and efficient digital system;
◀ Accelerate and expand production capacity projects to ensure that key projects are put into operation on schedule;
2、 Focus on market challenges and build a solid foundation for orders

Grab the annual procurement plans of State Grid and Southern Power
Grid, and strive to achieve significant growth in State Grid's business
throughout the year;
◀ Advance planning for market reserves in
2026 to ensure that the order reserve in the first quarter of next year
significantly exceeds the same period last year;
3、 Strengthen R&D efforts and accelerate industrial upgrading
◀ Increase R&D investment and focus on promoting new technologies such as smooth aluminum and carbon fiber wires;

Establish a full process collaboration mechanism from research and
development to mass production to ensure that new products quickly seize
the market;
4、 Build a strong safety defense line and solidify safety responsibilities

Strictly implement the safety production responsibility system,
strengthen the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers;
◀ Strengthen construction safety supervision to ensure the rigid implementation of various regulations;
5、 Strengthening the guidance of Party building and building a solid foundation of integrity

Focus on key areas of supervision, strictly adhere to the bottom line
of integrity, and create a clean and upright environment.
At the
end of the meeting, it was emphasized that the second half of the year
is a critical stage for achieving the annual goals. All remote personnel
should have a sense of urgency that cannot be waited for, a sense of
crisis that cannot be slowed down, and a sense of responsibility that
cannot sit still. They should take "fast ordering, fast payment
collection, fast output, fast delivery, fast decision-making, fast
execution, fast response, and fast service" as the action guidelines,
